Let’s gist
The first food I tried making was eba.
My mom complained alot about me not being in the kitchen with her whenever she was cooking. I was always busy watching movies or chatting. I told her I will know how to cook when the time comes.😎
So this faithful day I came back from school hungry, my mom was not at home so she left 50 naira on the bed for me to spend for lunch.
When I saw the money on the bed I was angry because that money wouldn’t be enough for me,so I thought of making eba because we had egusi soup at home.(the way the egusi soup was looking at me ehn)😂
I went to a shop to get garri, 20 naira(1 cup)P.s: then a cup was 20 naira. I came back home happy because I want to make eba for the first time.
Then I boiled my water and in 2mins my hot water was ready.😂
Then I poured my hot water in a bowl,I don’t know if my brain forgot it was 20 naira garri I bought, or maybe my brain thought it was 200 naira. Unfortunately I didn’t eat that evening, because I made garri not eba😫
I realised the water was too much than the garri.
So tell me what was the first food you tried cooking ? How did it turn out to be?😁

Mine was jollof rice and it came out well,I guess I was the cook in heaven

Well for me my first was concoction rice 😋😢. Half of the side of the stainless pot was burnts and then the rice didn’t cook. I was just tasting and tasting till I ate almost half of the rice wey never done on fire.. I sha cooked with oil one side and ingredients on the other..🙄

I was very young then, was the only one at home and wanted to cook noodles, I don’t like my noodles without pepper but I couldn’t get one but tomatoes were available. I blended the tomatoes and added it to the noodles, well it was a disaster.

My first was Rice & Beans concoction, I guess.(I passed my boundary small😹)
Twas on a Saturday and I wanted to play the role of a good big sister to my younger sis.
Hmmm bottom line sha, I wasted foodstuff !!!

Ewe lol, I had a first time cooking rice , omo my rice burn ehn, I was actually scared, I was trying to make it soft actually, lmao me and bro we chop burnt rice out of hunger wey Dey our body ? 😂😂😂, God no shame us , now we sabi , lol

Well, mine was not intentional
My mum asked my big bro to put water on fire for rice and soup in another pot, and asked me to wash rice🤣
I don’t know what I was thinking to have poured the rice inside soup😂
I ended up cooking soup rice🤣
